Budokan: The Martial Spirit

Before Street fighter or Mortal Combat, there was Budokan! Jean Claude Van Damme wannabes will love this game for it’s sporty martial arts combat. The player can utilize four martial art types in the game:

• Bo – Classic Japanese long staff.
• Karate – Unarmed martial arts fighting with hand and foot.
• Kendo – Japanese fencing utilizing a wooden sword.
• Nunchaku – Swinging weapon with two shafts connected by a chai

The player will then need to choose which weapon/martial art to utilize in fighting varied opponents. As you can only use each weapon a limited number of times some strategizing is needed in choosing the fighting style to be used per match.
