Possibly the dryest Sim- game Maxis ever made, SimHealth puts you in control of the U.S. health care system– evidently Maxis felt that the heated debates during the 1996 presidential election would induce many fans to try their hands at the subject 😉 Despite its commercial failure, SimHealth is a solid simulation that really gives different (if perhaps not “realistic”) results of your decision.
