Another superb remake by John Dow of a Llamasoft classic, GalYakSians combines the quirky humor of Jeff “Yak” Minter with Space Invaders-style gameplay. The basics need no introduction – expect classic blast-all-aliens Space Invaders gameplay infused with the unique sense of humor that makes Minter’s games (Llamatron, etc.) so enduring and addictive. If you like arcade-style “retro” shooters, take a look at this superb PC remake by John Dow, who also remade many other Yak’s classics for the PC.
